Global cryptocurrency market capitalization has achieved a record high, exceeding $4.14 trillion. This surge, fueled by significant gains in both Bitcoin and Ethereum during early Asian trading on Monday, surpasses the previous peak recorded on July 23rd.

The market's impressive growth reflects a substantial influx of capital into digital assets. A remarkable $750 billion has flowed into the crypto market since the start of the year, representing a 22% increase and nearing the total market cap during the November 2022 bear market crash ($820 billion). Despite this impressive rally, the entire cryptocurrency market remains slightly smaller than the market capitalization of a single US corporation, Nvidia, currently valued at $4.45 trillion. Analyst 'cyclop' aptly summarized the current market sentiment, noting its unprecedented uncertainty despite reaching an all-time high.

Ethereum's performance has been particularly noteworthy, propelling the overall market growth. Reaching $4,332 on Monday morning, Ethereum achieved its highest price since December 2021, a remarkable feat considering the significant time elapsed. This impressive rally, fueled by institutional Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) and corporate treasury acquisitions, represents a 46% increase over the past month. The asset also concluded its largest weekly price increase since November 2021. Data from SER indicates that ETH treasury companies have accumulated over 3 million ETH, valued at approximately $13 billion, within just four months. Consequently, Ethereum's market capitalization has soared to $522 billion, surpassing that of MasterCard and Netflix. This milestone represents a significant achievement for the cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin also experienced substantial gains, rising by 3.3% to surpass $122,000 on Monday morning. This brings Bitcoin within a mere $1,000 of a new all-time high, completely erasing earlier month's losses and setting the stage for further price increases. The current trajectory suggests a potential new record high is imminent.
