  • 2.1.6 "User Content" refers to any materials, including but not limited to comments, feedback, posts, or other submissions, uploaded or shared by Users on the Platform.
  • 2.1.7 "Third-Party Services" means any external websites, applications, or services that may be linked to or integrated with the Platform but are not owned or controlled by Econexus Finance.
  • 2.1.8 "Applicable Laws" refers to all relevant national, federal, state, or local laws, regulations, and rules governing the use of the Platform and its services.

3.1 Econexus Finance provides a comprehensive financial data platform designed to support traders, investors, and market enthusiasts by offering a wide range of tools and resources. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following features:

  • 3.1.1 Market News & Insights: Access real-time and curated financial news, market trends, and economic developments to stay informed about global and regional financial markets.
  • 3.1.2 Market Data & Price Tracking: View real-time and historical market data, including stock prices, cryptocurrency movements, forex exchange rates, and commodities trends.
  • 3.1.3 Technical & Fundamental Analysis Tools: Utilize a variety of analytical resources such as charting tools, indicators, and fundamental financial data to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • 3.1.4 Price Action Scanner: Track price movements and identify market patterns based on price action signals, supporting informed decision-making.
  • 3.1.5 Customizable Watchlists & Alerts: Set up personalized watchlists and price alerts to monitor specific assets and receive instant notifications on significant market events.
  • 3.1.6 Community & User Engagement: Engage with other users through discussions, shared insights, and educational materials within the Econexus Finance platform.
  • 3.1.7 Integration with Third-Party Services: Access select third-party tools, trading platforms, and financial services that may be linked or integrated with Econexus Finance.

3.2 Econexus Finance strives to provide accurate and up-to-date financial information and tools; however, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data, analysis, or insights provided.

3.3 The use of the Platform and its services is at your own risk, and you are encouraged to conduct independent research before making any financial decisions. The data provided by the Platform cannot be commented on as financial advisory.

4. Start to Use Econexus Finance

4.1 To access and use certain features of Econexus Finance, you must create and maintain an account (the "Account"). By registering for an Account, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into and fulfill binding contractual obligations under applicable laws.

4.2 You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account and must ensure that your login credentials, including your email and password, remain confidential.

4.3 Sharing your Account with others is strictly prohibited. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, and Econexus Finance shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, misuse, or security breaches resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account information. Additionally, you are prohibited from lending, transferring, or selling your Account or any associated details to another party. Likewise, you must not access or use another user's Account without their explicit written consent.

4.4 Any violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your Account, along with potential legal consequences.

5. User Registration and Subscription

5.1 To access and utilize the premium features of Econexus Finance, you must complete the registration and subscription process as outlined below:

  • 5.1.1 Account Registration: You must first sign up by providing a valid email address, a secure password, and their Telegram address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided information is accurate and up to date.
  • 5.1.2 Telegram Integration: After registering, you are required to complete the Telegram integration process, which allows seamless access to certain features and community engagement.
  • 5.1.3 Subscription Payment: Once the registration process is successfully completed, you must proceed with the subscription payment to activate your account. Please read section 7 for the subscription fees and more details.
  • 5.1.4 Account Activation & Group Access: Upon successful payment, your account will be activated, and you will be granted access to the premium features of Econexus Finance for the next 30 days. Additionally, you will be added to an exclusive Telegram group that provides enhanced engagement and support.

5.2 Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy.

6. Free Accounts

6.1 Econexus Finance also offers a free-tier account with limited access to certain features and functionalities. Users who sign up for a free account will have access to basic tools, including general market data, and selected analysis resources. However, advanced features such as real-time premium market insights, the price action scanner, customizable alerts, and access to the exclusive Telegram group are reserved for premium subscribers.

6.2 Free account users experience usage restrictions, such as limited access to historical market data, fewer analytical tools, and restricted customization options. Econexus Finance reserves the right to modify the features available to free accounts at any time without prior notice. Users who wish to unlock full functionality and premium features must upgrade to a paid subscription.

7. Subscription Fee and Renewal

7.1 Users subscribing to Econexus Finance are required to pay the applicable subscription fee based on their selected plan. The available subscription options are as follows:

  • Monthly Subscription: $30 per month
  • 3-Month Subscription: $80 per quarterly subscription
  • 6-Month Subscription: $150 (billed once every six months)
  • Annual Subscription: $280 (billed once per year)

7.2 Automatic Renewal

7.2.1 All subscription plans are set to renew automatically at the end of their respective billing cycles. By subscribing to Econexus Finance, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the renewal of your subscription, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If payment fails or is not processed successfully, your access to premium services may be suspended until payment is received.

7.3 Cancellation and Downgrade to Basic Account

7.3.1 Users who no longer wish to continue their premium subscription may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Upon cancellation, the User's subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account will be downgraded to the free-tier Basic Account with limited access to features. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for cancellations made after the renewal has been processed unless otherwise required by applicable laws or our refund policy.

7.4 Changes to Subscription Fees

7.4.1 Econexus Finance reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, plans, or features at its sole discretion. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance, and Users will have the opportunity to review and accept new terms before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the service after any price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7.4.2 By subscribing to Econexus Finance, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this section. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings and ensure timely cancellation if you do not wish to renew.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 When using Econexus Finance, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • 8.1.1 Unauthorized Account Sharing or Access: You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise allow third parties to access your account. Using another User's account without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • 8.1.2 Fraudulent or Misleading Activities: Engaging in any deceptive practices, including providing false or misleading information, impersonating another individual or entity, or misrepresenting your identity, is strictly forbidden.
  • 8.1.3 Circumventing Payment or Subscription Policies: Attempting to bypass the subscription model, such as accessing premium features without proper authorization, engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, or using stolen payment methods, is prohibited.
  • 8.1.4 Unauthorized Data Scraping or Mining: Extracting, harvesting, or scraping data from the Platform, whether manually or through automated means such as bots, scripts, or web crawlers, is strictly forbidden.
  • 8.1.5 Disruptive or Malicious Activities: Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or any other malicious code that could compromise the security of the Platform, other Users, or third parties is prohibited.
  • 8.1.6 Engaging in Illegal Financial Activities: Using Econexus Finance to promote or facilitate illegal financial schemes, including money laundering, insider trading, market manipulation, or fraudulent investment schemes, is strictly prohibited.
  • 8.1.7 Posting or Sharing Harmful Content: Distributing, uploading, or sharing any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful is not allowed.
  • 8.1.8 Violating Intellectual Property Rights: Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using Econexus Finance's proprietary content, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without authorization is strictly forbidden.
  • 8.1.9 Interfering with Platform Operations: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal functioning of the Platform, including launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or exploiting vulnerabilities, is prohibited.
  • 8.1.10 Unauthorized Commercial Use – Using Econexus Finance's services or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent, including reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing content to third parties, is not permitted.

8.2 Econexus Finance reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any User who violates these prohibitions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating accounts, reporting violations to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing legal claims.

9. Content Use and Intellectual Property

9.1 Contents available on Econexus Finance, including but not limited to text, graphics, charts, financial data, analyses, software, videos, design elements, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of Econexus Finance and/or its licensors. This Content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

9.2 As a user of Econexus Finance, you retain ownership of any original content, posts, or works that you create and share on the Platform. However, by submitting such content, you grant Econexus Finance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform and its services.

9.3 Rights and Restrictions on Use

  • 9.3.1 Limited License: Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, Econexus Finance grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform's Content strictly for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes.
  • 9.3.2 Prohibited Uses: Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content without explicit written permission from Econexus Finance. Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in legal action.
  • 9.3.3 Derivative Works: Users may not create derivative works, adaptations, or modifications of any Content found on Econexus Finance without prior written approval.
  • 9.3.4 Trademark Protection: All trademarks, logos, service marks, and branding elements displayed on the Platform belong to Econexus Finance or third-party licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or alteration of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Such Content is used under applicable licenses, and Users must comply with any associated restrictions. Econexus Finance disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content.
  • 9.3.6 Enforcement of Rights: Econexus Finance reserves the right to monitor and enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users found violating these provisions may have their accounts suspended or terminated and may be subject to further legal consequences.
  • 9.3.7 By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on Econexus Finance, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights, in and to the content you provide. Your use of any links to third-party websites is entirely at your own risk. We do not monitor, control, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, security, legality, or functionality of third-party websites, nor do we make any claims, warranties, or representations regarding their content, products, or services. 11.3 Econexus Finance shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuations. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have backup copies of any important data or materials related to their use of the Platform.

11.4 In the event of a significant service change or planned downtime, we may, at our discretion, notify Users in advance through email, website announcements, or other communication channels. However, we are not obligated to provide advance notice for all modifications or disruptions.

11.5 By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that service availability may be subject to changes, interruptions, or limitations, and you agree that Econexus Finance shall not be held responsible for any impact such modifications may have on your use of the services.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 The content available on Econexus Finance, including but not limited to market data, financial analyses, price tracking, and any other materials provided through the Platform, is strictly for informational purposes only. Under no circumstances should any content on the Platform be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

12.2 Econexus Finance provides the Service and all content within it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. The Service and the content published within it may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

12.3 Econexus Finance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security, availability, or integrity of the Service or any content and expressly disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or misrepresentations related to the Service or its content.

12.4 Econexus Finance makes no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the Service, nor does it guarantee that the Service or content will function in combination with any specific software, service, system, or external data. The availability and performance of the Service may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, network failures, or other factors beyond our control.

12.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Econexus Finance disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Users acknowledge and agree that they use the Service at their own risk and that Econexus Finance shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from reliance on the Service or its content.

12.6 No Financial or Investment Advice

  • 12.6.1 Nothing on or within the service shall constitute, or be construed as:

12.7 No Warranties

12.8 Limitation of Liability

  • 12.8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Econexus Finance, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:
    • The use or inability to use the Platform, services, or content.
    • Any reliance on content provided through Econexus Finance.
    • Any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or financial losses resulting from the use of the Platform.
    • Any delays, interruptions, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, system failures, or errors in service performance.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. Econexus Finance shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to review or comply with updated terms.

13.3 The date of the most recent modification to these Terms of Use is displayed at the bottom of this page.

14. Enforcement

14.1 Econexus Finance reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies available in response to violations of these Terms of Use. Our enforcement options are cumulative, meaning that we may take multiple actions simultaneously to address any breach. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated or are suspected of violating these Terms, we may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, either in part or in full, without prior notice. Any such violation shall be considered a material breach of contract.

14.2 While Econexus Finance is not obligated to do so, we may investigate any suspected misuse of the Platform or breaches of these Terms. Additionally, we reserve the right to report any relevant activity, user data, or individuals to, and cooperate with, law enforcement agencies, financial regulatory bodies, including the Monetary Authorities of Panama and other applicable jurisdictions, system administrators at internet service providers, networks, or computing facilities; and third-party service providers or vendors if we suspect a breach of these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or rules.

14.3 You acknowledge and accept that such cooperation may include the disclosure of certain information related to your use of the Platform, such as your email address, IP address, account details, or other identifying information, to regulatory authorities, third-party service providers, or law enforcement agencies. Econexus Finance may also disclose any necessary information to comply with legal obligations, including responding to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, or other lawful governmental requests. By using the Platform, you agree to these enforcement provisions and understand that Econexus Finance may take appropriate legal action as necessary.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms of Use, along with any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of Econexus Finance, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Platform, or the services provided shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Panama.

15.2 You expressly waive any objections based on lack of jurisdiction, improper venue, or forum non conveniens with respect to any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully enforceable and effective.

15.3 By using Econexus Finance, you acknowledge and agree that any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with Panamanian law, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Panama for the resolution of any such disputes.

16. Indemnification

16.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Econexus Finance, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

16.2 This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from unauthorized use of your account, infringement of intellectual property rights, misrepresentation of information, or any financial or investment decisions made based on content obtained from Econexus Finance. You acknowledge that all trading and investment activities involve risk, and Econexus Finance shall not be held responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your reliance on information provided through the Platform.

16.3 This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and your use of the Platform. You expressly acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your actions while using Econexus Finance and that Econexus Finance shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your conduct.
