A significant one-time burn of over 65 million OKB tokens, coupled with upgrades to the X Layer, has fundamentally altered the token's future. This strategic move, drawing comparisons to Bitcoin's scarcity model, has injected considerable bullish sentiment into the market.

The burn, sourced from historical buybacks and reserves, permanently fixes OKB's total supply at 21 million. This elimination of minting and manual burn functions through a smart contract upgrade ensures a fixed and limited supply, fostering a deflationary model designed for long-term value stability, not a short-term price manipulation.
